Acquisition CriteriaDescription:
AAA Lenders Inc., a U.S.-based private investment and advisory firm, is actively seeking real estate or project-based investment opportunities requiring capital of $25 million and above, with no maximum limit. We provide capital through strategic vendor-backed partnerships. We are open to reviewing ground-up developments, value-add repositioning's , stabilized asset recapitalizations, and distressed or off-market projects. Financing can be structured through senior debt, mezzanine, or structured capital, depending on the asset class and jurisdiction.
We are especially interested in:
• Large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial developments
• High-value distressed asset acquisitions
• Landmark or branded hotel projects (100+ keys)
• Industrial parks and logistics facilities
• Strategic infrastructure or ESG-aligned developments
• International projects with secured exit or government support
Minimum Criteria:
• Funding need: $25M USD minimum
• Location: U.S. and Global
• Deal type: Debt financing only
• Sponsor track record and clear use of proceeds required
We do not charge any upfront fees. All success fees are structured post-closing.
