Client WantDescription:
I have a buyer looking to purchase more manufactured home parks and/or rv parks in the Oregon and Washington markets. Criteria is open as far as price, size, cap rate, etc. - they're aggressively buying in these states and want to see anything new that may be coming up for sale.
They'll also consider other strong markets, but have tighter criteria - must be A or B quality, at least 90% occupied, minimum 100 pads and on city water/sewer for something outside these 2 states.
