We are currently directing capital for a private institutional fund acquiring land assets in the Phoenix MSA and Pinal County corridors. We are bypassing the open market to secure off-market inventory directly from principal brokers and owners.

Unrepresented Buyer: We do not require a co-broke or commission split.
Full Fee Protection: Our consulting fees are paid 100% by the Buyer.

Asset: 4 to 12 Lot Subdivisions (Vacant Lots).
Specs: 0.5+ Acre per lot. Flat/Gentle grade.
Status: Must have Final Plat or be City-Approved (Shovel Ready).
Execution: 10–14 Day Cash Close. As-Is.
3. Luxury Redevelopment Sites/Scrapes (Scottsdale/PV)
