WE NEED:

✪ No entitlement or construction for their initial footprint.
✪ A minimum or 200+ keys (will consider less for premiere locations)
✪ Bar and restaurant facilities on-site
✪ Preferred areas are Downtown LA, Beverly Hills, Brentwood,
Santa Monica, Venice, Culver City, Hollywood, West Hollywood,
and adjacent.
