Hi our team is searching for these properties in all around Europe and USA:
1. logistic centers/ logistic portfolios, logistics park, industrial development, or retail & supermarket chains single or portfolios), data centres
2. Active or development projects which have already started to build with ready single tenant with high yield long term contract or sale & lease cases
3. retail / retails chains, office buildings. (all must be active with long term remaining contract)
Criteria:
• Preferably single tenants
• Min yield 5%
• Purchase price starting from 30M Eur till 500M Eur for each case.
• In active locations in Europe and USA
• Lease term remaining min 7-8 years + with no break option before
