My client is looking for a large warehouse space in Norcross/Doraville/Chamblee/Tucker areas. He can buy a land with industrial zoning (+/-10 acres plus) to build on that land a warehouse around 300,000-400,000 SF or to purchase a building with warehouse space around 100,000-200,000 SF and add additional warehouse space later for his expansion.
