I represent a MF acquisition firm looking to acquire large scale portfolio of assets, specifically interested in Houston area, but will consider other major markets in Texas. 1970's vintage or newer, prefer class B/C value add properties, but will consider A properties if opportunity to increase yield via management efficiencies or better marketing, etc. are present. Want portfolios in excess of 400 units.
