B. Suburban Areas

MAS Development is looking to purchase land between 10 and unlimited Acres.

MAS is focused in areas with strong economic activity, including but not limited to: job creation, strong demographics and general economic growth.

• Residential
o Multifamily
o Single-family
o Townhomes
o Senior Facility (all levels of care 1.5 to 10 Acres)
• Commercial
o Mixed used
o Self-storage
o Hotels
• Industrial
o Distribution center
o Light-manufacturing
o Industrial park

MAS Development has the ability to work across multiple asset classes as we have already done deals in all of these uses.

Zoning:
MAS Development is willing and able to do the zoning change on any property that is located in an area with similar density to what we are trying to accomplish.
The City’s Planning and Zoning support for a specific use would be a good indicator of the results that could be achieved.
