I have an Apt bldg buyer that wants a min of 100 plus units or more in South Florida. Preferably 120 per door but in some instances, he'll go higher if the deal makes sense. It can be one bldg. or multiple bldgs If it's outside of South FL it has to be 200 plus units and he especially likes Gainesville, Tampa, and Tallahassee. But he's also open to other states as well. However, in this case, the number of units can also be 200 plus but he'd prefer it to be close to 500 or more. He's looking for B and C class assets that are 30M or higher. He likes to be able to add value. So please let me know what you might have for him. If you have something, please let me know the gross income, as this is very important to him. He's willing to pay 10 times the gross income.

He's also looking for development deals in FL for MF up to 200M. He likes Central FL and wants the land to be near a large City. He likes places like Orlando and Tampa. And for this he also wants it to be B or C class. It's preferred that the land is fully entitled if possible and has the site plans in place.
